| Leisure tourism agriculture is an emerging industry which develops to meet people’s material and spiritual needs and it has the characteristics of both agriculture and tourism.In resent year,benefited from a series of policies,Leisure tourism agriculture has rapid development.As the rapid expansion,more strict quality,environment,safety and other aspect of tourism are required.However Leisure tourism agriculture has an imbalance between supply and demand which impact on its development.In this paper,The development of Leisure tourism agriculture in Qingjiang Town,Wenzhou city as the topic,the results provide for the promotion and development of Leisure tourism agriculture in this area.Based on the concept of leisure tourism agriculture at home and abroad,this paper first analyzes the functions and related basic theories of leisure tourism agriculture,introduces the development status and development achievements of leisure tourism agriculture in Qingjiang Town,and lists several different agricultural tourism development in Qingjiang Town.Through the SWOT analysis method,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of Qingjiang Town’s leisure tourism agricultural development are analyzed.This paper analyzes the typical case of leisure tourism agriculture in Qingjiang Town,the pastoral complex of flowers and fruits in Beitang Village,through the research methods of tourist satisfaction questionnaire survey,reveals the existing problems,analyzes their reasons,and proposes solutions.Finally,on the basis of literature analysis,empirical research and case studies,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of Leisure tourism agriculture in Qingjiang Town,namely:strengthening industry planning and leadership,strengthening infrastructure construction,improving policy support,protecting the ecological and cultural environment,and increasing brand marketing,etc.,in order to have a certain reference for the high-quality development of leisure tourism agriculture in Qingjiang Town. |
