Research On Financial Performance Of Y Company Under Asset-light Operation Mod

With the development of market economy,the enhancement of people’s awareness of health care and the increase of diseases,it has brought huge market demand to the traditional Chinese medicine industry.But at the same time,the changes of policy and environment have also brought unprecedented challenges to traditional Chinese medicine enterprises.If traditional Chinese medicine enterprises want to achieve long-term development,they should break the inherent traditional operation mode and actively explore new operation mode.Therefore,through the analysis of Y company in the traditional Chinese medicine industry,this paper studies the application of asset light operation mode in traditional Chinese medicine enterprises,in order to provide an idea for the selection of operation mode of traditional Chinese medicine enterprises,which has urgent and important practical significance for the national economic and social development of creating a new development pattern in the new development stage.On the basis of combing and analyzing the relevant research literature at home and abroad,this paper first expounds the connotation of asset light operation mode,then makes an in-depth study on the motivation of asset light operation by using the method of literature(document)retrieval,and puts forward that asset light operation is not only reflected in the enterprises with centralized outsourcing modes such as Internet and real estate.Under the new situation,The traditional Chinese medicine industry can also adopt the asset light operation mode,and from the financial characteristics of asset light operation to the impact of its financial performance,through the analysis of traditional financial indicators,combined with the study of economic added value and non-financial indicators,it is found that the asset light operation mode is also suitable for traditional Chinese medicine enterprises;Secondly,this paper selects Y company,a large traditional Chinese medicine enterprise in China,as the research object,deeply and carefully analyzes the financial performance of the company under the asset light mode,analyzes the main problems existing in the asset light operation mode,and finally puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the asset light operation mode.
