Research On Spatial-temporal Evolution And Driving Factors Of Yulin’s Industrial Structure Under High Quality Background

Industrial structure is the concentrated embodiment of regional economic level.The optimization and upgrading of industrial structure is an important path to achieve high economic quality in China.Under the guidance of the policy of "high-speed development of resources and industrial structure",Yulin has become more and more important,and its economic structure has become more and more high-quality.However,under the guidance of the "high-speed development of resources and industrial structure",Yulin has become more and more important.Therefore,the research on the evolution law,spatial pattern and driving factors of industrial structure can better understand the overall and internal industrial development law of Yulin City,and provide reference for the adjustment and optimization of industrial structure.Taking Yulin City as the research object,this paper scientifically measures the basic characteristics and level of industrial structure by using Herfindal index,location quotient,Theil index and structural similarity coefficient;Combined with the global Moran ′ Si index,local Moran scatter analysis and local hot spot evolution,this paper analyzes the spatial relationship of the industrial structure of each county and district in detail,and then explores the overall evolution law and internal spatial pattern of the industrial structure.Using correlation analysis,multiple linear regression model and stepwise linear regression model,this paper explores the driving factors of industrial structure evolution in different development stages.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)Yulin’s industrial structure is highly dependent on resource endowment,and also affects the development of other industries to a certain extent.The industrial structure generally presents the characteristics of "two,three and one".The evolution of the proportion of the first,second and third industries shows the development trend of decreasing to basically stable,rapidly increasing to overall stability and slowly increasing.The employment structure presents the characteristics of "one,three and two",which is inconsistent with the characteristics of industrial structure,reflecting the serious disharmony between the two.The degree of industrial structure agglomeration from high to low is secondary industry,tertiary industry and primary industry,and the level of industrial structure specialization from high to low is secondary industry,tertiary industry and primary industry,indicating that the degree of industrial agglomeration and specialization led by the secondary industry are the highest.The rationalization level of industrial structure has improved in recent years,but it still deviates from the equilibrium state,and the overall rationalization level is low;There is still a certain gap in the advanced level of industrial structure compared with the province and the whole country.(2)There are obvious spatial differences in the internal industrial structure of Yulin,which is closely related to the occurrence of resources in each county.Among the three industrial structures,the primary industry is "high in the southeast and low in the southwest and North";The secondary industry is "high in the north and southwest and low in the Southeast";The distribution pattern of tertiary industry is "high in the southeast,low in the north and southwest".The overall level of industrial structure is a distribution pattern of "high in the north and southwest,low in the Southeast",and shows a development trend of high in the north,low in the south,high in the West and low in the East.The level of industrial structure has a significant spatial positive correlation,the degree of spatial agglomeration is increasing,and the internal development gap is gradually widening.(3)The evolution of industrial structure in Yulin is mainly driven by economic development,factor endowment and relevant policies.Among them,the urbanization rate,employees at the end of the year are significantly positively correlated with the evolution of industrial structure,while Engel’s coefficient,forest coverage and loans of financial institutions are negatively correlated with the evolution of industrial structure.In the highspeed development stage,economic development,transportation and related policies are positively driven by the evolution of industrial structure;In the stage of transformation and upgrading,economic development and the evolution of industrial structure have a negative impact,and relevant policies and the evolution of industrial structure have a positive impact.
