The Study Of Evolution Of Urban Land-use Spatial Structure

City is the economic, political and culture center of the area where it occupies. And its efficiency has significant meanings in terms of city development. However, the city land bears the weight of the whole social economic activities and dominates city development, as a result, whether the spatial structure of urban land-use is reasonable will influence city's efficiency.A variety of city problems come to emerge for the process of rapid civilization and ever expanding city land exploitation, such as, population crowding, traffic jams, greenbelt decreasing, pollution spreading and so on. So making a deeper research of urban land-use spatial structure and its driving mechanism will be useful in analyzing city problems, thus to guide city development and will improve city power.This text discussed the basic rules of spatial structure evolvement of urban land-use using the basic theory of city ground utilization, established the model of driving mechanism of land-use spatial structure evolvement in terms of system theory. The factors that influence land-use spatial structure are complicated and dynamic, so, this text made further researches of main driving factors of urban land-use spatial structure evolvement, such as, economic development, technology advancement, system transformation, town planning, realty exploitation and so on, especially the influence that urban land storage system (which is executed through the country) has exerted upon urban land-use spatial structure, and finally made a brief analysis of the evolvement of Zhengzhou urban land-use spatial structure.
