Research On The Optimization Of Investment Management In Merger And Reorganization Of Group A

In the new stage of China’s efforts to promote high-quality economic development,state-owned economic development will take on a significant mission.As the backbone of state-owned economic development,state-owned enterprises,also play an important role.Mergers and reorganization help to achieve economic transformation by optimizing resource structure and promoting industrial upgrading.The management of mergers and reorganization by state-owned enterprises will directly affect the effectiveness of mergers and reorganization,which in turn will affect the effect of industrial structure optimization and the leading role of the state-owned economy.As a new type of state-owned hybrid enterprise,Group A has achieved multifold growth of assets and rapid development of the enterprise through a series of investment activities such as mergers and reorganization within six years of its establishment,and has rapidly become a benchmark enterprise in the industry through the layout of investment in the whole industrial chain.Due to the rapid development,the management of mergers and reorganization has not kept pace with the investment,and the problems of investment planning,project justification,investment decision and post-investment control have arisen in the process of mergers and reorganization.Therefore,this paper will adopt the literature research method.Therefore,this paper will adopt literature research method,survey research method and case study method to take the new state-owned hybrid enterprise Group A as an example,combined with relevant concepts and theoretical basis.Then,the paper try to sort out and analyze the main problems in the management of the whole process of investment in mergers and reorganization according to the practical experience.Finally,according to the operation system and development stage of Group A,we propose corresponding optimization measures and implementation guarantees for the problems in the whole process of mergers and reorganization investment management,so as to provide reference for similar enterprises to optimize the investment management of mergers and reorganization.
