| The breakthrough development of the new generation of information technology has gradually penetrated into all aspects of social production and life,bringing a digital,intelligent and networked revolution to traditional industries,the Internet of Things is one of the most representative technologies.The influence of the Internet of Things technology has gradually radiated from the manufacturing industry and the logistics industry to the financial industry.Digital upgrading around the Internet of Things technology will be the direction of the future development of the financial industry.City commercial banks are an important part of Chinese financial system.Due to the constraints of local policies and economic environment,city commercial banks have weak resource condition and small scales.They will be under greater pressure because of the impact of the Internet of Things.The research direction of this paper is the organizational structure reform of city commercial banks,and the research content is the challenges brought by the Internet of Things environment to the organizational structure of commercial banks.This paper selects the city commercial—Bank A as the research object,and uses the theoretical research method,literature research method,case analysis method and interview method.The specific research contents are as follows:First of all,this paper analyzes the operation of Bank A’s organizational structure and its shortcomings.The organizational structure of Bank A presents a pyramid shape.With the advancement of financial globalization,the disadvantages of the organizational structure of Bank A continue to emerge.It is unable to quickly respond to market changes and customer needs,and it is difficult to adapt to the dynamic Internet of Things environment.Secondly,this paper studies the impact of the Internet of Things technology on the business environment and organizational structure of Bank A.The Internet of Things technology will exacerbate the complexity and dynamics of the environment.The contradiction between the stability of the traditional organizational structure of Bank A and the dynamic nature of the external environment continues to deepen.The Internet of Things technology requires that the organizational structure of Bank A will gradually develop from the traditional closed,centralized,and solid state to an open,decentralized and flexible organizational structure.Finally,based on the influence of Internet of Things technology,this paper proposes reform ideas and specific measures for the organizational structure of Bank A: compresses the original organizational hierarchy through flattening reform,builds an agile organization and enhances the organization’s environmental adaptability;increases the degree of organizational decentralization,migrates management ability and decision-making ability.The transformation from the "command + execution" model to the "authorization + empowerment" model will enhance the innovation ability of the organization.It should also improve the communication and cooperation mechanism of the organization,and blur the internal and external boundaries of the organization;reduce the resistance to reform by optimizing the assessment system and incentive mechanism,and improving the internal supervision mechanism,consolidate the results of change. |
