In recent years, Complex Theory of Organizational Intelligence is a popular field of Management theory research. And it is up to the era's trends to research organization structure of commercial Banks based on this area.But, at present, it is not very perfect about this study in our country ,there is no mature theoretical system and research results.the study and discussion about organizational intelligence is still in the initial stage, and, there still no suitable commercial bank's organizational structure model in China for reference. Therefore, It needs to be further studied on the improvement of organizational structure,focusing on the complex organizational environment to establish scientific and high-effective intelligent organization structure system,not only for commercial banks ,but also for the development of management research.In view of this situation, the thesis establised on the complexity of the organizational intelligence theory of commercial Banks, trying to provide certain theoretical basis for building more efficient organization structure system of bank. And on this basis, in order to prove the feasibility of research results, an empirical study on a secondary branch has been made,which through a quantitative measure on intelligence before and after the improvement.Based on the thesis, the research results and conclusions mainly in the following aspects:First of all,based on analysis of the traditional organizational structure of theory and practice, summarizes the shortcomings of the traditional structure, put forward the feasible idea and principle and the improved model can be reference,based on organizational intelligence theory, Secondly,the thesis regard the organizational structure as an open complex system basing on the complexitysciences,to discuss the interaction between the organizational intelligence and organization operating,trying to solve a series of organizational retarded problems of organizational structure,to establish more advanced science organizational structure system,to promote the improvement of organizational structure of commercial Banks,to build a more suitable organizational structure mode in light of China's national conditions.Thirdly, based on complexity science and organizational intelligence theory ,this thesis attempts to establish an adaptable and intellectualized organization system, which can overcome the present bureaucratic structure defects, on the analysis of the traditional commercial Banks organizational structure model, and probes into the methods of improving the traditional model.Finally,Using relevant theories to evaluate the effect of improvement of organization structure through the quantitative measurement, proves the feasibility of research results.All in all, Based on the complexity of the proposed intelligent organization theory,through reaserch on traditional organizational structure of commercial Banks,found out its shortcomings and insufficiency,make the empirical model improved.and make the organizational structure have strong adaptability to the complex environment. This improved model provides reference for subsequent research methods and new ideas for the research on organizational structure of commercial bank.
