Abstract/Summary:
Along with the development of information technology,the Internet on human life,work with all aspects of influence.Internet companies also have mushroomed rapid growth which was born at the age of the Internet time,the industry present a "A thousand sails pass by the side of the sunken boat,and thousands of trees are in front of the sick trees."the competitive landscape,the face is a dynamic,heterogeneous,low capacity of cruel environment,which is in a Hypercompetitive industry environment,the enterprise needs to constantly change to adapt to this environment,organization structure reform as an important content of organizational change,bear the brunt of bearing the important task of enterprises to adapt to the external environment and enhance competitiveness.As an Internet company born in the Internet era,organizational structure reform is the need of management of knowledge workers,the internal requirement of improving decision-making efficiency and quality,and the response measures of external environment.This paper adopts the case study method and takes Y Company as an example to study the organizational structure change of Internet enterprises.First,this paper systematically reviews the emergence,organizational structure,organizational structure evolution trend,organizational change motivation,path,influencing factors and related cases.Then,taking Company Y as an example,this paper studies the characteristics of Company Y,the problems existing in its organizational structure,the motivation and path of reform,the contents of organizational structure reform,and the effect evaluation after reform.From strategy and structure,the headquarters of positioning and the headquarters and division,subsidiary relationship,market,research and development and organizational structure,organizational structure before,during and in the background,there is no change to the cause of the higher order structure,distribution and structure of knowledge,information and decision-making efficiency and the organizational structure,organization structure change effect evaluation,resistance to change of organization structure is discussed.Finally,the conclusion.This study systematically sorted out the future evolution trend of organizational structure.This paper analyzes the external driving force of organizational change from two aspects of technology and factors affecting enterprise market competitiveness,and introduces industrial concentration degree as a quantitative standard to measure enterprise market competitiveness.This paper analyzes the internal driving force of organizational change,and points out that the change of organizational strategy,the willingness of the authority to promote organizational change,the efficiency and quality of information transmission and decision-making are the internal driving force of organizational change.In the process of organizational structure reform,we should pay special attention to the positioning of headquarters and subsidiary companies.The power factor is introduced into organizational change,and it is believed that whether managers are willing to promote change is not only measured by whether organizational change can promote organizational development,but also influenced by whether the change will affect the power status of managers.This paper further confirms the viewpoint of "strategy following structure",and puts forward a general standard to measure organizational structure change.
