Study On The Travel Behavior Of Rural Residents In Destinations

Affected by the new crown pneumonia epidemic in 2020,domestic and foreign tourism has been violently impacted,and there has been a cliff-like decline.Under the background of global tourism,tourism has become an important industry in many rural areas,and the proportion of tourism as a pillar industry has become larger and larger in recent years,and the proportion of rural residents in tourist destinations has become larger and larger,and this group has become one of the important tourist source markets.This study takes Wu yuan,a national-level global tourism demonstration area,as the empirical research area,and the research results have strong representativeness and applicability to domestic global tourism destinations,providing a valuable reference for the development of the tourism market.This paper uses S-O-R theory and consumption function theory to build a tourism consumption model for rural residents of tourist destinations,using qualitative and quantitative analysis methods,literature review methods,Pearson correlation coefficients and simple statistical principles,combined with interdisciplinary knowledge such as sociology,consumption,statistics,etc.,to analyze that rural residents of tourist destinations are more willing to travel than rural residents in ordinary areas,willing to invest more in tourism,travel time is longer,and travel distance is relatively far.At the same time,tourists have a certain impact on the tourism consumption behavior of rural residents in tourist destinations,and the tourism attractions of the place of residence will also affect the choice of local rural residents for the type of tourism destination.
