Research On Optimization Of Yuyuantan Park Performance Ystem Based On Tourist Satisfaction

Urban park is usually an important part of urban green space system and an important part of urban development.It plays an important role in improving urban ecological environment and improving the quality of people’s life.Along with the development scale of the construction of urban parks and green space in various regions,the living environment of urban residents has been significantly improved.However,after the completion of the construction,the management and operation of urban parks are faced with many problems such as not obvious characteristics,low management efficiency and low satisfaction of tourists.Referring to the construction and management status of urban park green space in western developed countries at the same time,it has already transitioned to the era of urban park green space management,but at present,China’s park construction and management planning is still in the crossover stage.Therefore,in this context,based on the satisfaction of tourists,this paper carried out the optimization design research of yuyuan Park performance management system,hoping to find the deficiencies in the satisfaction of tourists in the park,and improve the overall management efficiency through the means of performance optimization design.Through literature research,case study,questionnaire survey and comparative analysis,this paper carried out the optimization design of Yuyuan Park performance system based on tourist satisfaction.First of all,this study elaborated the research background and significance of this paper,summarized and analyzed the research trends in related fields at home and abroad,understood the development status of this field,and determined the research method and content of this paper.Secondly,related concepts and theories involved in this paper are described.On the basis of this,this research expounds the deep jade garden park management status,and based on the satisfaction degree of tourists related theory,has carried out deep jade garden park visitors’ satisfaction survey,from the environmental facilities,service awareness,awareness of the three major expected perception level of the basic situation investigation,and points out that the jade garden park on the development of the advantages and disadvantages of deep factors.Finally,based on the feedback of the questionnaire satisfaction of Yuyuan Park,a performance evaluation system was built,the direction of assessment indicators was determined through brainstorming and Delphi method,and then the weight of each assessment indicator was determined through analytic hierarchy process,which had a good qualitative and quantitative research effect.In addition,the follow-up development countermeasures and suggestions to improve the satisfaction of Yuyuanyuan Park,hoping to help improve the overall satisfaction of tourists.Through the optimization of jade garden park deep performance system design study,from the management and improve the satisfaction of all aspects of the service level,the park service and management level will be improved,and problems about the present situation of the original improvement has a positive role in promoting,therefore,this paper hope through the park’s performance management system optimization design research,It can provide a good reference for the optimization of performance management system for more urban park management efficiency improvement.
