| With the intensification of internal and external influences such as marketoriented reform of interest rates,the impact of Internet Finance and the strengthening of financial supervision,small and medium-sized banks must adjust their original strategic goals,actively exploring new strategic transformation directions,and transform from the traditional business development mode to the mode driven by innovative products and high-quality services.In order to match the new strategic development goals,the internal talent system of small and medium-sized banks should also be reformed and optimized to reconstruct the talent training system suitable for future development.Reserve personnels are the key talents for the future development of small and medium-sized banks.Through building a strategic reserve talent training system,accelerate the training of reserve talents,and the strategic development goals of small and medium-sized banks can be achieved.In order to study how to build a strategic reserve talent training system,this paper selects J Bank as the research object,based on a review of theories related to talent development systems,research the current status of reserve personnel training by questionnaire and interview.Subsequently,it is concluded that J Bank has problems in the training of reserve talents,such as unclear goals,lack of systematicness and coherence,and imperfect safeguard measures.Finally,through the analysis of J Bank’s strategic transformation goal,human resource strategy and talent training strategy,build a strategic reserve talent training system,constructing a model of strategic talent training system,defining the objectives and principles of reserve talent training,and implementing various aspects of reserve talent training.At the same time,suitable safeguards are constructed from the aspects of resources,organization,system,and environment.By building a strategic reserve talent training system for J Bank,we can accelerate the building of J Bank’s reserve talent team and help J Bank achieve its strategic transformation goals. |
