Moderate scale operation represented by new agricultural operation subjects is an inevitable choice for the development of modern agriculture,as well as an important form of organization to promote rural revitalization and realize agricultural and rural modernization.Guangxi is a large province of agriculture and fruit.Tropical and subtropical fruit industry is the main content of modern characteristic agriculture in Guangxi.In recent years,with the rapid development of moderate scale operation,moderate scale fruit farms also flourish,labor demand and employee management are increasing.At present,the aging of the labor force and the hollowing of the population in the vast rural areas are becoming more and more serious,and the labor supply and management of the moderate scale fruit farm are fac ing severe challenges.Based on this,the study on the employment mode and management performance evaluation of the fruit farm of moderate scale is of great practical significance for improving the management effic iency of the main body of moderate scale operation,coping with the structural imbalance of labor supply,promoting new progress in rural revitalization and taking new steps in agricultural and rural modernization.Based on citrus and mango moderate scale farm in Guangxi fieldwork data,adopting comparative analysis,descriptive statistics and AHP method,the study analyzes the operation status of citrus and mango farm,sum up the typical employee management mode and analyzes the performance and problems of the different employee management modes.The main conclusions are as follows :(1)Moderate scale operation is common in citrus and mango industry in Guangxi,and the income of moderate scale farm is significantly different.(2)The employee management modes of moderate scale fruit farm can be divided into three typical modes: “permanent workers as the main,temporary workers as the auxiliary” mode,“permanent workers as the auxiliary,temporary workers as the main” mode and “contract system” mode.(3)The management performance of the three management modes is different,and the "contract system" mode has the highest management performance.(4)The uncertainty of agricultural production and the natural characteristics of rural labor market determine the performance differences of different employee management modes.(5)Moderate scale fruit farm is faced with numerous difficulties such as difficult and expensive employees.Based on the above conclusions,the study puts forward the countermeasures to further optimize the management of employment and promote the moderate scale management from the perspective of moderate scale farm and government respectively.
