Research On The Development Strategy Of YF Power Generation Enterprise

At present,the national and local governments have issued a series of policies to support the development of green energy in the power industry,and power generation enterprises have ushered in a good opportunity for transformation and development.But affected by the natural conditions of Guangxi,that Guangxi’s wind and solar power resources are not rich compared with the northern regions,major energy enterprises in Guangxi compete for high-quality wind and solar power resources one after another,resulting in fierce competition in the power generation industry in Guangxi.As a regional subsidiary of central enterprise,YF power generation enterprise has strong brand strength,but compared with similar enterprises,its total installed capacity is small,and the installed capacity of new energy such as wind and solar power accounts for a relatively small proportion,so it is in urgent need of transformation and development.After entering the "14th five year plan",YF power generation enterprise strives to explore the development path of high quality and high efficiency,give priority to the development of new energy and transform to clean,low-carbon,safe and efficient renewable energy.Therefore,this paper takes YF power generation enterprise as the research object,helps itself achieves the development goal of becoming better,bigger and stronger by formulating and implementing development strategies.This paper utilizes the analysis method and tool model of strategic management theory,first analyzes the external environment of YF power generation enterprise’s industry and its internal conditions,utilizes EFE matrix and IFE matrix,and uses SWOT analysis to formulate alternative plans for enterprise development strategy.On this basis,the QSPM analysis matrix is used to rank these alternative strategies,and combined with the mission and vision of the enterprise,it is proposed that YF power generation enterprises are suitable to adopt intensive growth strategy,give full play to their advantages in capital,brand and technology,seize the good opportunities of national policies and power market,speed up the development of renewable energy such as onshore wind power,solar power,offshore wind power and pumped storage,pay more attention to developing incremental markets,and further improve the market share.Finally,this paper puts forward the main measures of YF power generation enterprise strategy implementation and the guarantee measures of strategy implementation.
