Research On Technology Innovation Strategy Of New Energy Vehicles Of W Company

With the development of new energy technology and the emphasis on environmental protection,the new energy automobile industry with the advantages of low energy consumption and low pollution has risen rapidly in China under the strong promotion of national policies.W company is one of the leading enterprises of new energy vehicles.How to fully tap its own advantages and formulate technological innovation strategy under the new market and policy environment is an important issue facing the enterprise.Therefore,this paper studies the technology innovation strategy of W company’s new energy vehicles,in order to provide help for the future technology innovation development of W company’s new energy vehicles.Based on the theory of enterprise technology innovation and strategic management,this paper analyzes the external environment of W company’s new energy vehicle technology innovation by using PEST analysis method and EFE matrix,and analyzes the company’s internal conditions through resource analysis,capability analysis and dynamic capability capture.On this basis,the paper uses the SWOT analysis tool to comprehensively analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of W company in the technological innovation of new energy vehicle business,and puts forward the technological innovation strategy for the development of new energy vehicles,that is,the technology leading strategy with independent innovation as the main and collaborative innovation as the auxiliary,as well as the specific strategy of the technological innovation strategy.Finally,the paper puts forward a series of measures for the implementation of technological innovation strategy from the aspects of strengthening cost management,strengthening human resources construction,improving innovation ability and carrying out strategic cooperation.The purpose of this study is to provide a certain theoretical reference for W company and other new energy vehicle enterprises to make technological innovation strategy decisions.
