China is about to enter a deep aging society, and the elderly care problem has attracted more and more attention from the state. At the same time, with the rapid advancement of national urbanization and urban-rural integration, rural young people working in cities have weakened the traditional family pension method, and the elderly care problem of rural elderly has become more prominent.Under the background of actively responding to the national strategy of population aging,it is necessary to explore a new way of providing for the aged to make up for the weakening of rural family pension and solve the problem of providing for the aged in rural areas. In this regard, the rural mutual aid pension model has gradually attracted the attention of academia and the state. It is agreed that mutual aid among rural elderly can broaden the supply channels of elderly care services and effectively solve the dilemma of insufficient supply of rural elderly care services. Therefore, the development of services for the elderly in rural areas can not only make full use of the human resources of the elderly, but also help to alleviate the pressure of rural elderly care and build a diversified support system for rural elderly care. Therefore, how to promote the development of the service model of helping the elderly in rural areas has become an urgent problem to be solved in the academic circles. This study takes the willingness of rural young elderly to help the elderly as the research object, uses the research methods of questionnaire survey and in-depth interview, carries out a field survey on the participation of young elderly in the elderly service in Q Street countryside of Wuxi City, and has in-depth interviews with community staff to explore the influencing factors of the willingness of rural young elderly to help the elderly. This paper follows the research idea of theoretical analysis-field investigation-Model Construction-countermeasures and suggestions. On the basis of understanding the current situation of the participation intention of the elderly service for the young in the countryside of Q Street,in order to explore the influencing factors of their participation intention, this paper empirically analyzes the influencing factors of participation intention by establishing a binary logistic model. The survey results show that there are some problems in the current situation of the participation of the village and lane young elderly in the service of helping the elderly, such as the lack of the concept of mutual assistance for the elderly, the service level needs to be improved, the lack of professional organization operation, the shortage of volunteer human resources and so on.Based on the analysis of the current situation, this paper constructs a binary regression model. The empirical results show that the willingness of the young elderly in Q Street countryside to participate in the elderly service is mainly affected by institutional factors, social participation and community support, cognitive status and physical health. In this regard, based on the empirical results, through the use of positive aging theory and human capital theory, this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions from the system guarantee level, community support level and participation subject level,in order to improve the willingness of the young elderly in Q Street countryside to participate in the elderly service cause, promote the rapid development of rural elderly service cause, and gradually build a multi-dimensional support system for rural elderly care.
