| The research on the relationship between individual well-being and prosocial behavior has become an important topic of well-being research.As an organizational positive behavior,employee green behavior is regarded as a micro-activity to solve the problems of environment and sustainable development,and it belongs to prosocial behavior in nature.As a kind of helping behavior to the organization and the environment,employee green behavior,from the perspective of the implementer,"gives roses to others,and the hand has a lingering fragrance".When employees implement green behaviors and find that their behaviors can bring some beneficial changes,their self-worth and self-esteem level will be satisfied to a certain extent,thereby promoting individual well-being experience.Many scholars have explored the factors that affect the occurrence of employee green behavior,but few have explored the impact of employee green behavior on employee well-being.Based on social exchange theory and self-determination theory,and from the perspective of the process of green behavior,this study proposes that employee green behavior includes four dimensions: green learning,individual practice,influencing others and organizational voice.On this basis,this study discusses the influence of employee green behavior on their well-being,and tests the mediating role of self-esteem and the moderating role of environmental consciousness.Through the empirical research of more than 700 valid samples,pre-survey and formal survey were used to verify the four dimensions of employee green behavior and its relationship with employee well-being.The research results show that employee green behavior includes four dimensions: green learning,individual practice,influencing others and organizational voice.There is a significant positive correlation between employee green behavior and employee well-being.Self-esteem plays a partially mediating role in the relationship between employee green behavior and employee well-being.Environmental consciousness not only positively moderates the relationship between employee green behavior and self-esteem,but is also confirmed as a moderated mediation model.The specific research procedures are as follows:Firstly,Cite Space software is used to visually analyze existing researches on employee green behavior.This paper summarizes the research status,analyzes its impact,and summarizes and reviews the researches related to self-esteem,environmental awareness and happiness.Secondly,carry on theoretical analysis and research hypothesis.Based on social exchange theory and self-determination theory,research hypothesis and research model are proposed.Thirdly,through empirical research,the seven hypotheses proposed in this study are verified respectively.Finally,this paper summarizes and prospects,and puts forward corresponding reasonable suggestions.Enterprises should encourage the implementation of green behaviors,improve employee well-being;select employees scientifically,enhance the level of self-esteem;perfect the environmental protection system and shape employee environmental consciousness.This study enriches the measurement framework and result variable research of employee green behavior,systematically analyzes the impact path of employee green behavior on employee well-being,and has certain reference significance for enterprises and employees to effectively stimulate green behaviors and improve employee well-being. |
