With the increasingly fierce competition in modern market and the organization environment become more and more unpredictable, enterprises must obtain the lasting competitiveness in the dynamic environment. we can not simply rely on the leader's wisdom.So we need to encourage each employee for the organization's long-term development plans, which is bound to the leader of the leadership behavior and employee initiative behavior put forward higher requirements. However, because of the risk of Chinese traditional hierarchy and suggestions, employee voice often think twice. Previous study showed that organizational self-esteem is one of the important factors to predict suggestions. In recent years, as a leading subject, the humble leadership has more positive research on the effectiveness of employee role behavior. Therefore, the study of in the context of culture which established how to improve employee organization based self-esteem sense to activate the voice behavior is very practical significance.Through combing the literature review, this thesis constructs the research model and hypotheses in the humble leadership, organization based self-esteem and employee voice relationship between, this paper to 258 valid questionnaires as the research object, using SPSS 21.0 on data reliability and validity are analyzed through correlation analysis and regression analysis system combing the relationship.Through theoretical and empirical research, this paper mainly draws the following conclusions:One,different demographic variables have a certain difference in the perception of the humble leadership;Two, the humble leadership and employee organizational self-esteem was significantly positively correlated;Three, humble leadership and employee voice behavior showed a significant positive correlation;Four, self-esteem has a partial mediating effect between humble leadership and employee voice behavior.Finally, based on the relevant theory and research results, this paper puts forward some management suggestions and points out the limitations of the study,the future research direction.
