Under the background that the country is vigorously promoting the comprehensive deepening of the reform of state-owned enterprises,the society and academia are paying more and more attention to the research on related issues and policies.The implementation of socialized management of state-owned enterprise retirees is a key policy to speed up the stripping of state-owned enterprises’ social functions,enhance the efficiency of state-owned enterprises,enhance the competitiveness of state-owned enterprises,and solve problems left over from history.It is a topic worthy of discussion and has important practical significance.Based on the New Public Service Theory,Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs Theory,Welfare Pluralism Theory,and Delicate Management Theory,this paper takes the whole process of the practice of socialized management of retirees in a large state-owned enterprise in Beijing as an example.In-depth interviews were conducted to find out the key issues affecting the progress and effect of the socialized management of state-owned enterprise retirees in Beijing,and to deeply study the factors that caused the problems.It is hoped that through the research on J enterprises,we will explore and improve the comprehensive service of retirees from state-owned enterprises in Beijing.The realization path of quality is expected to provide possible reference for the socialized management of state-owned enterprise retirees in similar cities in China.This study finds that the difficulty in changing retirees’ ideology,the lack of community acceptance,and the imperfect social management system are the key issues affecting the progress and effect of social management of retirees in Beijing’s state-owned enterprises.Preliminary exploration of a series of countermeasures,and strive to provide directions for enhancing the social management capabilities of retirees in state-owned enterprises in terms of policy publicity,top-level design,community construction,etc.inspired. |
