Study On The Socialized Management Of Tetirees In State-owned Enterprises In Wuhai City

With the speeding up of aging in our country,a sharp increase in the number of retirees,local governments "for old service" concept,retiree socialization management more and more attention,the state-owned enterprise retiree socialization management,is the effective measures to improve the quality of life for them,promote the realization of the equalization of public service.As a city in the western part of Inner Mongolia,Wuhai city is built for mining.The retirees of state-owned coal enterprises have entered the "two periods of high age",that is,the advanced age period and the high incidence period.The socialized management service for the retirees of state-owned enterprises is of great significance for effectively maintaining social stability and improving the public management level of the whole city.Since the implementation of socialized management for retirees in Wuhai city,some achievements have been made,but there are also some problems.Actively integrating public management related theory,this paper in Wuhai city state-owned enterprise retiree satisfaction questionnaire survey data as the foundation,from the socialization of social security policies,management institutions hardware facilities,service socialization management ability,activities of the organization and propaganda,four dimensions,Pearson correlation model,analysis the correlation of various dimensions of satisfaction and overall satisfaction.Multiple stepwise regression analysis was used to find out the most important factors affecting the overall satisfaction of the institutions,and the overall satisfaction of different demographic groups in the institutions and its influencing factors were analyzed for differences.Through quantitative analysis results and in-depth interviews,the problems in the socialized management process of Wuhai city are concluded,which mainly include weak foundation of socialized management,low level of management services and backward ideas of retirees.Through in-depth analysis,find out the root of the problem is the top design is imperfect,the government social management organization operation mechanism is not smooth,retiree ideas hard to shift,and based on actual wuhai city,to build "service-oriented" retirees social management system as the goal,put forward to optimize the government management system and innovative management mode and management means,completes the retiree thoughts lead measures such as advice,multi-pronged,service in management,improve the service level of public management,make the social management ability,Wuhai city retired people happiness.
