Since the reform and opening up,beer has been a popular alcoholic drink among the masses because of its low price,refreshing taste and easy to drink.Since 2003,China has been the country with the highest beer output and the largest beer consumption in the world for 17 years.Guangxi belongs to subtropical monsoon climate zone and tropical monsoon climate,there are a large number of ethnic minorities live in compact communities,the prevailing wine culture,is an important beer consumption market in China.At present,the beer market in Guangxi is highly concentrated and the competition is very fierce.Yanjing Beer,as the industry leader,occupies about 70% of the market share,while the rest of the market is occupied by China Resources Snow Beer,Budweiser beer,Tsingtao beer and other domestic industry giants and minority brands.This study will take Snow Beer Guangxi Branch as the research object,analyze the industry development trend,macro market environment,Guangxi market competition environment,enterprise marketing mix,and put forward improvement measures for the company’s marketing strategy through questionnaire survey,data collection and analysis and other research methods.Through the research,it is found that Guangxi Snow Beer has room for improvement in the 7P marketing strategy combination,and this paper believes that the company can improve the marketing strategy by adjusting the product strategy,optimizing the product design,standardizing the management process of promotional products,concentrating resources to create a strong area,strengthening the inspection and maintenance of the tangible display,and strengthening the cultural symbols of the product,etc.,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of marketing strategy improvement measures,at the same time from the aspects of personnel,organization and system to formulate safeguard measures.
