With the sustained and rapid development of China's economy,the accelerating process of urbanization has brought a good opportunity for the growth of real estate industry,especially in the past one decade,which is the golden decade of Chinese real estate,after a long period of development,real estate industry has become one of the pillar industries of China's national economy,but in this development process,There are also some problems in the real estate industry.The problems of property speculation,high price,unreasonable supply and irregular market behavior have been emphasized and discussed by the State and society.Therefore,our country has issued a series of macro-control policies to guide the orderly development of the real estate market,and some real estate enterprises will be greatly affected.In addition to the impact of national macro-control,for the real estate industry itself,there has been a clear watershed,the concentration of the industry more and more high degree of technical differences,coupled with the decline in industry profits,so that the real estate industry differentiation more and more serious.Some real estate giants by virtue of resource advantages occupy most of the industry's market share and profit,but small-medium sized estate enterprises only can adjust their development strategy timely to adapt to the new situation.In this paper,I take the strategy of Guangxi BY Company as the research object.As a local small-medium sized real estate developer in Guangxi BY has the importance and urgency to formulate a suitable development strategy under the influence of external and internal factors.This paper analyzes the company's internal environment,external environment,using PEST analysis and five-force analysis model,summed up the Guangxi BY Company's advantages and disadvantages,and then analysis the company's opportunities and threats,and use the SWOT analysis the relevant strategy.After combining with the actual situation of the company,four kinds of competitive strategies are refined,based on these,the QSPM matrix analysis is selected to choose the most suitable for the company at present.At last part it puts forward the practice and concrete measures of the strategy in the company.
