In recent years,due to the strengthening of environmental protection and occupational health and safety control by the state,and the increasingly fierce market competition in the cement industry,many factors make the cement smart factory an inevitable choice for the development of cement production enterprises,accompanied by the increase in the demand for automation equipment related to cement production.Over the past decade,HN technology company has focused on providing automation products for cement production enterprises.At present,the product market has been saturated,and there are still new entrants,resulting in fierce market competition and worse and worse revenue of the company.Therefore,the empirical research on the development strategy of HN technology company has important practical significance and theoretical value.This paper uses PEST,Porter’s five forces model and other analysis tools to analyze the current internal and external environment of the company from multiple angles.It is considered that the main advantages of HN technology company are: good brand reputation,strong R & D and its own technology,good human resource structure,high organization and decision-making efficiency,R & D team can develop several projects at the same time,familiar with the requirements and control of various processes of cement enterprises,etc;The disadvantages are: the managers are mostly technical background,resulting in weak R & D management,unstable R & D team,lack of personnel training mechanism,lack of incentive mechanism,small scale of the company and no strong profitable products,etc.The main opportunities include: stricter implementation of national environmental protection laws and regulations,national intelligent manufacturing strategy orientation,blank market in the industry,mature industrial technology,etc;At the same time,the threats are:fierce market competition,easy to be imitated,low service life of mechanical parts due to large dust,complex and high requirements of customers.Then using quantitative strategic planning matrix analysis,it is concluded that the best overall strategy of the company is related diversification strategy,and the best competitive strategy is centralized competitive strategy.Finally,according to the company’s vision,mission and objectives,this paper puts forward appropriate strategic suggestions: the company should adopt the overall strategy of relevant diversification,adopt the centralized strategy in the competitive strategy,and use the company’s limited resources for the target products and markets,so as to obtain new growth points and realize the long-term goal of the company’s sustainable development.This paper analyzes HN technology company by using strategic theory,formulates the company’s development strategy,provides effective suggestions for the company’s sustainable development and points out the development direction.At the same time,it can provide reference for enterprises similar to HN technology,which have limited resources and need to seek new development due to the saturation of the original product market.
