In recent years,due to the rapid development of Internet communication technology and smart phone technology,the consumption concepts and habits have undergone great changes of human being,and mobile phones have become a must need for people’s production and life.Hunan M mobile phone product sales company as an early start in Hunan Province,specializing in mobile phone distribution business sales enterprises,since 2004 began to provide vivo mobile phone(formerly brand named BBK music mobile phone)marketing services in Hunan region,in the development process of more than 10 years,sales performance continued to maintain rapid growth,the company’s scale continues to expand.Until the second half of 2017,the high-growth mobile phone market due to the transformation of the industry stock market The competition between mobile phone brand manufacturers has intensified,Hunan M mobile phone sales company as the only agent company of vivo smart phones in Hunan,responsible for all the marketing management,brand promotion,channel construction,etc.of vivo in the Hunan market,the development of company meets the bottlenecks,as well as,the market share growth slowed down.In the context of such competition,it is necessary to clarify the strategic direction of the company’s development,formulate targeted implementation measures,strengthen the competitiveness of the enterprise,in order to achieve the continuously expand the market share and maintain the stable growth of the company,for which a topic that the main sales company of domestic mobile phones cannot avoid.Through the selection and analysis of the business performance,internal and external environment and the current company strategy of Hunan M mobile phone product sales company,according to the theory related to the development strategy,this paper selects and analyzes the company.Using the five-force model of PEST and Porter to carry out analysis,combined with the SWOT analysis matrix,the SO strategy was selected as the overall strategy.Draw the conclusion that the market penetration strategy is the best development strategy,and formulate the strategy implementation and safeguard measures for the future development of the company.The research in this paper is mainly to provide strategic choice suggestions for Hunan M mobile phone product sales companies,and also hopes to help other mobile phone sales companies that also encounter development bottlenecks to provide reference and reference for development strategies.
