Research On The Development Status And Problems Of Virtual Entrepreneurship Parks In HN Free Trade Pilot Zone

Since 2020,the state has repeatedly proposed to "build ’virtual’ industrial parks and industrial clusters across physical boundaries".With the rapid development of China’s Internet economy and digital economy,virtual parks have become a hot spot in the construction and development of parks around the world.According to the public data search,up to now,there have been more than75,000 virtual pioneer parks across the country,especially in Zhejiang,Jiangsu,Fujian and other regions with developed Internet economy,digital economy and network business economy,the development of virtual parks is relatively early and relatively mature.For example,Zhejiang Wuzhen virtual Industrial Park,Fujian Quanzhou network business virtual Industrial Park,Nanjing Internet virtual Industrial Park,Chongqing cultural and creative virtual industrial Park,etc.The biggest difference between the virtual park and the traditional park lies in the extensive use of Internet technology,breaking the geographical boundaries and time restrictions,so that enterprises in any region outside the park are not restricted by space and time restrictions,and can also enjoy incubation services and entrepreneurial guidance,which meets the needs of the information age for the development of incubation parks.However,on the whole,China’s virtual parks are still in the exploration stage in terms of park development mode,park services and management means,and related research on virtual parks is not mature,and there are few studies and empirical analysis on virtual parks.The actual development of virtual parks is limited and the development speed is relatively lagging behind.Based on HN free-trade area virtual pioneer park as an example,the analysis of existing situation and problems of the development of the park,from to find the reasons behind the problem,based on the located enterprises to carry out the satisfaction questionnaire and enterprise interview,combined with the actual working status of himself,in-depth problem urgently to be solved in the park at this stage,further put forward the corresponding optimization countermeasures.The development status and problems of virtual pioneer Park in HN Pilot Free Trade Zone involved in this study are obtained through first-hand statistical data,questionnaire survey and enterprise interview.Based on the background of The Times and the actual situation of the region where the park is located,and based on the management knowledge learned during the postgraduate period,this study puts forward suggestions for the optimization and improvement of the development of HN Pilot Free Trade Zone virtual Pioneer Park,in order to provide reference and significance for promoting the healthy and rapid development of the park.
