Research On The Development Mode Of Service Trade In Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone

China(Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone is an important carrier of One Belt And One Road to achieve the internal and external linkage. To provide One Belt And One Road a "world" operation platform,the breakthrough of opening-up strategy in China(Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone is the field of service trade. Under China’s socialist market economic system, what kind of advantage and what mode of development can be used in China(Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone. The issue should be discussed further. This paper attempts to take the development pattern of service trade as the foothold to explore the development of services trade in China(Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone.This paper analyses the target of service trade development of China(Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone. Through the analysis of the successful service trade development mode of the free trade area, this paper summarizes the general factors affecting development model of the service trade. By using principal component weighting method and weighted summation method, this paper measures the size of the role played by the general factors in the development of service trade in China(Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone, Hong Kong free port, Singapore free port. Then rank the score of each factor so as to find out the characteristic factors of service trade development pattern in China(Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone. The paper concludes that at the beginning of the establishment, offshore trade can be achieved by the rapid development of the goods trade, the focus of the development of trade in services is business services based on offshore trade. In the second stage of the development of service trade,with the aid of the early development of business services, China(Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone can attract the multinational company agglomeration. Relying on the advantage of the human capital in financial services, China(Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone can develop headquarters economy based on international financial services and construct the international financial center. In addition, China(Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone as a leading and demonstration zone of offshore service outsourcing, offshore outsourcing trade will penetrate in each link of business service and headquarters economic development.
