With the improvement of living standards and the increasing progress of social development,the discussion and research on happiness has become more and more enthusiastic,which also makes many managers realize that the level of employees’ occupational happiness is an important influence on whether the organization can operate healthily and efficiently.The improvement of employees’ professional well-being reflects the organization’s human resources efficiency and management philosophy.It is the premise for the organization to enhance its competitiveness and improve work efficiency.It also enables employees to achieve positive and benign development in their careers.However,the current research on occupational well-being,in terms of research content,is mostly based on well-being,and has not formed a professional research field;As for the object,it mainly distinguishes the occupations such as teachers and medical staff,and there is little research on the employees at the grass-roots level.In view of this,research on occupational well-being is very necessary.On the basis of comprehensively sorting out the theories related to occupational well-being at home and abroad,this thesis selects the grass-roots employees of SM Group as the research object,and uses methods such as survey research and statistical analysis.On the basis of a large number of questionnaires of relevant researchers at home and abroad,combined with the actual situation,a questionnaire on occupational well-being of grass-roots employees of SM Group,a county-owned state-owned enterprise,was compiled.To ensure the validity and reliability of the data.Starting from five aspects of overall occupational happiness,income level,personal development opportunities,interpersonal relationships,and realization of self-value,this thesis conducts an in-depth study on the occupational happiness of grass-roots employees in county-owned state-owned enterprises,and describes the grass-roots employees of SM Group.The status quo of occupational well-being,and at the same time,some suggestions and countermeasures to improve the occupational well-being of grass-roots employees of SM Group,are put forward in a targeted manner.
