In recent years,Premier Li Keqiang called for strategic arrangements and precise arrangements for the steady development of modern insurance services,pointing out that the core of modern insurance services is the insurance industry,which has good prospects and great potential for development.Accelerating the development of modern insurance service industry can help enterprises and people hedge risks in operation and life,enhance their sense of security,stimulate social entrepreneurship,increase employment,promote the optimization of economic structure and promote social governance innovation.With reform as the driving force,the key points of development should be determined,and cooperation and linkage should be realized to promote the steady development of modern insurance service industry in China.Through the analysis and application of market-oriented enterprise culture theory and enterprise performance theory,combined with the current situation of market-oriented enterprise culture of PICC Property Insurance HD branch,this thesis selects the company’s management and grass-roots employees by means of in-depth interview and questionnaire.According to the designed in-depth interview outline and questionnaire,Targeted analysis of the impact of market-oriented corporate culture on corporate performance of PICC Property Insurance HD branch.According to the relevant theoretical and practical investigation and analysis,and based on the level of corporate culture,this thesis puts forward a series of problems that may be encountered in the future: insufficient internal consensus on culture,poor team cooperation ability,imperfect incentive mechanism,large cognitive difference in personal development planning,unclear corporate vision,and innovation ability need to be further improved.On the basis of further inferring the necessity of developing market-oriented enterprise culture,this thesis puts forward market-oriented enterprise culture construction strategies and corresponding measures suitable for the enterprise management and development needs of PICC Property Insurance HD branch:strengthening customer-oriented consciousness,improving personnel quality,strengthening employees’ understanding of market-oriented enterprise culture,enhancing innovation consciousness Form a market-oriented corporate culture communication concept,learn from excellent experience,enhance corporate leadership and stimulate teamwork spirit.PICC Property Insurance HD branch will pay more attention to highlighting the market-oriented corporate culture with Chinese characteristics and corporate theme on the basis of further absorbing the advanced management experience of international and domestic insurance industry.
