| HD Bank is a local joint-stock commercial bank,founded on July 10,2008,its predecessor is HD Credit Union,HD city government is its first shareholder,HD finance bureau is to perform the responsibility of the investor institutions.On November26,2010,it was renamed as "HD Bank".On June 17,2016,the bank’s assets exceeded100 billion yuan,ranking first among the 18 commercial banks in the city,reaching the scale operation level.HD Bank’s development mission is "local bank,people’s bank,small and medium-sized enterprise bank".At present,HD Bank has become a unique urban commercial bank in HD city,as well as the only small and medium-sized bank in HD region.With the profound change of the economic environment in our country,especially in the economic system and economic growth pattern is undergoing fundamental change,the accelerating interest rate market,capital constraints,increasingly strict,Internet financial under the rapid development of the situation,local commercial bank faced with increasingly fierce market competition and its own development two major challenges.Firstly,this thesis reviews the literature and summarizes the basic theories of performance evaluation,balanced scorecard,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and analytic hierarchy process.Secondly,the status quo of HD Bank performance evaluation is analyzed,and the existing problems and improvement direction are pointed out.Thirdly,the BSC theory is introduced to establish the performance analysis framework of HD Bank.Fourthly,use analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to build HD bank performance fuzzy-ahp comprehensive evaluation model;Fifthly,carry out case analysis,apply fuzzy-level comprehensive evaluation model to HD bank performance evaluation research,and obtain evaluation results.Finally,based on the former results and the development background of HD Bank,specific policy suggestions are put forward to improve the performance of HD Bank in the future. |
