| The digital economy and digital trade are promoting the rapid development of the global economy, and digital development has become an important trend in the development of service trade.Accelerating the promotion of digitalization of service trade is the key to realizing the transformation of service innovation and improving the international competitiveness of service trade in my country.my country’s economic and trade development has entered a new normal.A series of problems such as unbalanced and insufficient development,"bottleneck" of core technology development, brain drain, and rising costs need to be solved urgently.Traditional industries urgently need to be transformed and upgraded.Taking the reconstruction of the global value chain framework as an opportunity,Accelerating the adjustment of industrial structure and moving towards high value-added links in the global value chain is the only way for my country to transform from a manufacturing power to a manufacturing power. The continuous penetration and in-depth integration of the digital economy into various service trade industries is a key factor in promoting the upgrading of the division of labor in the global value chain. At present, there are still many restrictions on the rules of global digital service trade, and their existence is bound to have an impact on the global value chain division of labor system. Therefore,it has important theoretical value and practical significance to explore the connection between the liberalization of digital service trade and the division of labor in the global value chain. This paper is divided into six chapters to carry out research, based on theoretical framework construction and empirical analysis to investigate the internal impact mechanism of the liberalization of digital service trade to promote the rise of the division of labor in the global value chain. The status quo is based on the calculation data of the OECD-DSTRI database and the ADB-MRIO database. The empirical part merges two databases, uses panel data of 35 industries in 39 countries for 6 years to construct an econometric model for analysis, and examines the freedom of digital service trade in detail through endogeneity testing, robustness testing, impact mechanism testing, and heterogeneity analysis.impact on the division of labor in global value chains. The basic regression shows that: first, the liberalization of digital service trade has significantly promoted the status of the global value chain through the cost reduction effect and technology spillover effect;second, the liberalization of digital service trade has a significant impact on the status of the global value chain Heterogeneity is mainly reflected in the heterogeneity of barriers in different policy fields, countries with different levels of development, and different technology-intensive industries. The above conclusions show that in order to improve the division of labor in the global value chain,my country should: first, break through the bottleneck of digital service trade barriers and improve the level of liberalization of digital service trade;second, actively participate in the formulation of international service trade rules and strengthen international cooperation in digital service trade;Third, increase support for the digital service sector and break through the core technology of big data;fourth, encourage manufacturing enterprises to develop and innovate, and improve their core technology level. |
