| In recent years,medical device enterprises have been concerned by all sectors of society.China’s aging population has come,and the market value of medical device industry is immeasurable;On the other hand,the return of overseas talents to start businesses has improved China’s R & D capacity and manufacturing level of medical devices.The future development of medical enterprises is directly related to the creativity of R & D personnel.The sustainable development of enterprises through innovative achievements is an important guarantee.Taking M company as a research case,this paper studies the creativity of R & D personnel of the company,and constructs research models and hypotheses mainly around team atmosphere,innovative self-efficacy and R & D personnel creativity.On the basis of literature review and combined with work practice,this paper puts forward research hypotheses.Using the form of questionnaire,this paper investigates the work situation and feelings in the three aspects of team atmosphere,self-efficacy and creativity designed in this paper,and makes a statistical analysis of the data through SPSS 18.0 to study the differential impact of demographic variables,the impact of team atmosphere on employee creativity,the impact of team atmosphere on self-efficacy,and the impact of self-efficacy on employee creativity,And the mediating effect of self-efficacy between team atmosphere and employee creativity.This paper forms the following research conclusions:(1)In the difference analysis of demographic changes,except for gender,age,education level and working years have a significant impact on the team atmosphere and innovation self-efficacy of R & D personnel;With the increase of age,educational level and working years,the higher the level of team atmosphere,the higher the level of innovative self-efficacy;(2)The dimensions of innovation atmosphere,identity atmosphere and trust atmosphere of team atmosphere have a significant positive impact on the employee creativity of R & D personnel;It has a significant positive impact on innovation self-efficacy;Innovative self-efficacy has a positive and obvious impact on R & D creativity;(3)Between innovation atmosphere and employee creativity,innovation self-efficacy plays a partial intermediary role;Innovative self-efficacy also plays a mediating role between identity atmosphere and employee creativity;Innovative self-efficacy also plays a mediating role between trust atmosphere and employee creativity;Innovative self-efficacy plays a mediating role between team atmosphere and employee creativity.The research of this paper has some inspiration for the creativity management of enterprise R & D personnel,and also provides practical guidance and reference for medical device peer enterprises. |
