In today's rapidly changing internal and external environment of organization,economic globalization,dynamic and competitive trend is more obvious,which makes the team becomes increasingly important role in the organization development,team for cultivating organization member of learning,improve the organization flexibility,increase the enterprise innovation ability is of great significance,the injection for the enterprise competitive advantage difficult to copy,difficult to imitate.Since the 18th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),general secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly stressed the importance of "innovation" and placed innovation at the core of the country's overall development.In the context of the national innovation strategy,how to improve team creativity has become a key issue.Past studies have mostly explored the influence of leadership style,employee factors and team mechanism on team creativity,but few articles have discussed the mechanism of leader's individual factors on team creativity.From the perspective of self-enhancement,this paper introduces leader narcissism,a personal factor,into the discussion to explore the influence of narcissistic leadership on team creativity.In this paper,a questionnaire survey was conducted on 57 teams and a total of 415 valid questionnaires were collected.Based on this,an empirical study was conducted to explore the relationship between narcissistic leadership and team creativity.Firstly,the paper introduces the research background,significance and innovation.After that,the literature related to self-enhancement theory,narcissistic leadership,team learning,team creativity and team atmosphere is sorted out and reviewed.Then,the research hypothesis was verified by means of questionnaire survey.The hypothesis test followed the logical order of confirmatory factor analysis,reliability and validity test,polymerization test,homologous variance test,descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis.Finally,based on the results of hypothesis testing,the conclusions of this paper are drawn,the contributions and shortcomings of the research are summarized,and the future research is prospected.This paper verifies that narcissistic leadership has a positive effect on team creativity,and team learning plays a part of the mediating role.At the same time,it further verifies that team atmosphere has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between narcissistic leadership and team learning,and then puts forward the moderated mediation model in this paper.The research in this paper enriches the connotation of the self-enhancement theory,makes a certain contribution to the related research on narcissistic leadership and team creativity,and puts forward some policy Suggestions related to practice.Meanwhile,the paper also summarizes the deficiencies of the research,so as to prospect the related research in the future.
