| With the development of knowledge economy,the competition of domestic and foreign enterprises is more and more intense,and in the 21 st century team management also plays a more and more important role.Now Internet winter has coming,most of the enterprises select collaboration.In the team it is especially important how to make enterprises work more actively,bulid better atmosphere,and get greater performance.From the United States entrepreneurs began to focus on team management,there were a lot of literature about team,especially relevant empirical research between team leader behavior and team performance,team atmosphere and team performance,but the relationship about the three studies is still very little.In this paper it explores the role of team leadership behavior in the situation of the Chinese to the team performance,and the team atmosphere as the intermediary variable.After a review of domestic and foreign scholars on the literature of them,then this paper bulids the theoretical model,and put forward the corresponding hypothesis.Finally this paper selects 34 enterprises’ team in Xi’an as the object of investigation,and 272 valid questionnaires were collected.According to the "input-output" theory model of Shea and Guzzo,the paper puts forward the hypothesis.After the relevant empirical analysis,the following results are obtained: team transformational leadership and transactional leadership behavior can significantly improve performance,a good team atmosphere on team performance has significant positive relationship,and team atmosphere plays an intermediary role between them.The results of this paper can clearly recognize the role of the team leadership behavior and team atmosphere on the team performance,and provide an important basis for team training.This is conducive to the team leader to change their leader style,develop a good team atmosphere,increase the satisfaction of members,improve work efficiency,and improve the performance of the whole team.In this paper,we analyze the variables and give some suggestions on the management of enterprises,then put forward the problems and limitations of this study and the future research hypothesis,and provide the theoretical basis for future scholars. |
