Medical Device Enterprise Value Assessment Based On EVA Mode

With the strengthening of health awareness of Chinese residents and the improvement of national medical insurance system,the medical industry has achieved rapid development,among which medical device enterprises account for a large proportion.There are many medical device companies in China’s listed companies,and investors are faced with many investment choices.Therefore,the market has higher and higher requirements for the rationality of the valuation of medical device listed companies.Accurately evaluating the value of listed medical device companies can provide valuation basis for investors’ investment transactions,which is beneficial for investors to make correct investment decisions.Therefore,it is of great significance to choose appropriate evaluation methods to evaluate the value of medical device enterprises.This paper first analyzed the medical device industry enterprise industry characteristics,found that current evaluation method for medical instrument there exist certain disadvantages to the enterprise value evaluation,put forward suitable for medical equipment enterprise value evaluation of EVA value evaluation method,and according to the characteristics of medical equipment enterprise industry on the EVA model parameters used in the adjustment,The EVA model suitable for medical device enterprise value evaluation is obtained.This paper chooses the diving medical treatment as the case study object,uses the comparative method,respectively uses the EVA value evaluation method and the free cash flow method to evaluate the value of the diving medical treatment,further verifies the accuracy of EVA evaluation method in the value evaluation of medical devices.Finally,based on the analysis of the evaluation results,this paper puts forward some suggestions to further improve EVA evaluation.……...
