| The shortage of water resources has seriously restricted the ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin. The main grain producing area in Shandong Province is also the estuary of the Yellow River. The grain production in Shandong Province has long adopted extensive production methods, resulting in resource and environmental problems such as waste of water resources and damage to the water environment. How to ensure the supply of water resources in accordance with the requirements of "determining the city by water, determining land by water, determining people by water, and determining production by water" is an important way to achieve ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin.Highefficiency water-saving technology can reduce the waste of water resources in agricultural irrigation and improve the efficiency of agricultural irrigation, which is an important measure to alleviate the water shortage situation. Therefore, promoting high-efficiency water-saving technologies and increasing the popularization rate of high-efficiency water-saving technologies are of great reality and necessity for alleviating the severe situation of water resources, assisting the ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin, and ensuring national food security.Food and agriculture are the main adopters of high-efficiency water-saving technologies.Therefore,in-depth research on the adoption behavior of high-efficiency water-saving technologies in food and agriculture is of great significance for the promotion of highefficiency water-saving technologies.Based on the review and summary of relevant literature at home and abroad, this paper determines the research ideas and technical routes of this paper;theoretically analyzes the behavioral choices and practical constraints of the adoption of highefficiency water-saving technologies for grain and agriculture, and constructs a behavioral model framework for the adoption of high-efficiency water-saving technologies for grain and agriculture;using macro statistics Data, analyze the current situation of high-efficiency watersaving technology utilization and management in Shandong Province along the Yellow River;based on field survey data, use econometric model to empirically test the influencing factors of high-efficiency water-saving technology adoption behavior in grain and agriculture;Provide countermeasures suggestions. The results of this paper show that:(1)Environmental policy perception has a significant impact on the adoption of high-efficiency water-saving technologies for food and agriculture, which is embodied as follows: policy compensation factors, policy cognitive factors, and environmental perception factors have a positive effect on the adoption of high-efficiency water-saving technologies for food and agriculture.(2)The individual characteristics, family characteristics and agricultural production characteristics of food and agriculture have a significant impact on the adoption behavior of high-efficiency water-saving technologies of food and agriculture.Specifically, individual characteristics such as gender and educational level, family characteristics such as annual family income and part-time industrialization, and agricultural production characteristics such as business scale, degree of farmland fragmentation, degree of irrigation convenience, irrigation water source and technical understanding have a significant impact on the adoption behavior of high-efficiency watersaving technologies of food and agriculture.(3)Based on the heterogeneity analysis of grain and agricultural planting scale, the study found that the factors influencing the adoption of high-efficiency water-saving technology by small farmers and large planters are different;(4)In order to increase the enthusiasm of grain farmers to adopt high-efficiency water-saving technology, the Support by major policies and improve safeguard measures;speed up land transfer and promote large-scale operations;implement differentiated promotion policies;strengthen publicity and education to improve the level of environmental awareness of food and agriculture. |
