The Research Of The Problems And Countermeasures In The Reconstruction Of The Old Community In Ganyu District Of Lianyungang

With the development of society,the construction standard of the old community was relatively low,related supporting facilities are not perfect,no maintenance and perfect supporting facilities in the later period,resulting in a decline in the overall quality of life of residents,even the most basic daily life can not be satisfied.At present,the renovation of old residential areas is one of the important measures to improve people’s livelihood and promote economic development in China,so it is very necessary to study how to solve the renovation of old residential areas.Based on the relevant theoretical knowledge of public policy,public governance,citizen participation and so on,this paper uses literature research method,theoretical research method,comparative analysis method and statistical analysis method to study the existing problems and the causes of the problems in the reconstruction of old residential areas,so as to get the countermeasures to solve the problems in the reconstruction of old residential areas.Firstly,from the old community reconstruction policy,planning,model and other aspects of the domestic and foreign research literature is summarized and analyzed,and the old community reconstruction and other related concepts are described.Secondly,through the study of the reconstruction of the old community in Ganyu District,Lianyungang City,to explore the current situation and prominent social contradictions and phenomena,and explore the reasons behind the actual problems of community governance in the upgrading and reconstruction of the old community from a multi-dimensional perspective.Finally,on the basis of the experience of the transformation of old residential areas at home and abroad,this thesis puts forward the ways to solve the problems of the transformation of old residential areas: first,the relevant system at night,standardize the transformation of old residential areas;Second,further expand financing channels;Third,give full play to the exemplary role of party members and establish the residents’ self-management model;Fourth,to form a comprehensive governance mechanism;Fifth,standardizing property management and giving play to the function of community autonomy.
