Under the background of the complex international situation of knowledge economy and world economic globalization,the position of intellectual property rights in the trade relationship between China’s modern science and information technology and market economy is also rising.It has gradually become one of the important factors affecting the political,economic and social development of a country or region.This paper takes the core competitiveness and promotion strategy of intellectual prop This paper takes the core competitiveness and promotion strategy of intellectual property service enterprises as the main research object,and takes SF intellectual property company as an example.Based on pest model,this paper analyzes the policy and legal environment,economic development environment,social and cultural environment and technical environment of SF intellectual property company,and analyzes the competitive environment of intellectual property agency industry by using Porter’s five forces competition model.Through Porter’s five forces competitiveness model,this paper analyzes the competitive environment of domestic intellectual property agency industry.By establishing the core competitiveness analysis framework,identify and analyze the core competitiveness of SF intellectual property company,establish the corresponding core competitiveness evaluation system and carry out comprehensive evaluation.Finally,through the SWOT analysis of SF intellectual property company,this paper makes an overall plan for the improvement scheme of SF intellectual property company’s core competitiveness from three aspects: company level,business level and executive level.The main research results include:(1)Based on the research on the development status and internal environment of SF intellectual property company,although SF intellectual property company is in the early stage of rise and develops rapidly,and the company can ensure its competitive advantage in the province,it has not scientifically and effectively formulated the company’s development strategy,and there are many problems in the operation process,In the process of research and analysis,the problems faced by the company are sorted out to make the formulation of strategy more targeted.(2)According to the analysis results,it is concluded that the best choice of SF intellectual property company’s development strategy is wo reverse strategy,and the remaining alternative strategies are used as auxiliary implementation schemes.(3)The core competitiveness of SF intellectual property company is constantly changing with the development of the company,so the formulation of its promotion strategy is a dynamic planning process,which should be adjusted in time with the continuous development of SF intellectual property company,so as to maintain the competitive advantage of the company.(4)The core competitiveness promotion strategy of SF intellectual property company at this stage is to enable the company to have a stable source of customers,retain high-quality agency talents,achieve steady profit growth,and contribute to the protection of intellectual property rights in various industries.This paper enriches the research and evaluation system of the core competitiveness of intellectual property service-oriented enterprises.While helping SF intellectual property company further improve its current situation and continuously improve the level of its core competitiveness,it also has reference significance for other relevant research in the industry,and can help China’s intellectual property service-oriented companies maintain and expand their own competitive advantage,It has important scientific theoretical significance and guiding significance of social reality.
