The Research On Mechanism And Channel That Intellectual Property Strategy Formed The Core Competitiveness Of Enterprises

With the rapid development of science and technology, Patterns of the world economy is characterized by knowledge and information knowledge-based economy, Intellectual creativity results' content dominate in a market economy, the knowledge of tangible products become competitive basis and key. How to protect intellectual property rights of enterprises effectively, How to use intellectual property strategies to gain competition advantage in market competition. It has become necessary conditions that enterprises gain the core competitiveness. Existing research literature reveal the core competitiveness of enterprises formation mechanisms mainly from the area of the industrial organization theory, the theory of the resource base, and core competencies of the capacity and so on. This article explored the core competitiveness of enterprises formation mechanisms from the following three levels. The first level, the article conduct research of the formation mechanisms from the field that IPR form the core competitiveness of enterprises, namely, to explore the formation mechanisms of core competitiveness with specific markets from the perspective of intellectual property law. The second level, the article conduct research of the formation mechanisms and means from the field that intellectual property strategy form enterprise's core competitiveness, namely, matching the enterprise, competition enterprises of implement intellectual property strategies internal conditions and the external environmet from the enterprise strategic height, after matching, different combinations of a state result in large or small intensity of the enterprises core competitiveness , thus forming the core competitiveness of enterprises mechanisms. On the basis of this, the article study mechanisms in-depth strategic patent and trademark strategy, or patent strategy and technical know-how strategy formed the core competitiveness of strategic co-ordination in the intellectual property rights strategies. The third level, the article study core competitiveness mechanisms from the integrated use of intellectual property strategy and other function strategy, namely, use value chain tools to discuss formation mechanisms of the core competitiveness strategy between intellectual property strategy and other functions. Empirical studies through the HuaWei Company show that, enterprises should to form the core competitiveness through intellectual property strategy of enterprises, in addition to integrating the intellectual property strategy of the internal and external competition conditions, Also exert advantages of intellectual property strategies within three strategic integrated strategy, intellectual property strategy and other functions integrated role.
