Research On Safety Supervision Of Agricultural Machinery In Huaian City

Agricultural mechanization is the way out for the development of modern agriculture.Agricultural mechanization cannot be realized without rural revitalization.The importance of agricultural machinery safety supervision is becoming increasingly prominent in order to realize agricultural mechanization and ultimately achieve the goal of rural revitalization.In this thesis,based on the agricultural machinery safety supervision of Huaian city in recent years,the existing research on agricultural mechanization is summarized and analyzed.On the basis of theoretical research,the development status of agricultural mechanization in Huaian City of Jiangsu Province is investigated and studied,and the agricultural mechanization safety supervision work is further investigated through visiting.Research and find out the problems existing in the work: weak supervision force of agricultural machinery safety,improper supervision organization system,agricultural machinery safety publicity,agricultural machinery accident treatment problems,agricultural machinery safety law enforcement is not enough.Further analysis of the main reasons are the lack of agricultural machinery safety supervision personnel,equipment,agricultural machinery safety publicity is not positive,and analyzes the reasons of agricultural machinery accident emergency handling capacity,agricultural machinery safety supervision and law enforcement capacity.Based on the effective experience of other provinces and cities,suggestions and suggestions for the establishment of long-term mechanism of agricultural machinery safety supervision in Huai ’an city are as follows:professional supervision team should be constructed,emergency response team and mechanism construction should be strengthened,safety supervision and law enforcement should be standardized and improved,and safety production education should be strengthened.For huaian agricultural machinery safety supervision and management work,to protect the people’s life and property safety empowerment.
