Research On China's Agricultural Machinery Financial Subsidy Policy

In the process of the continuous development and progress of the national economy,China recognizes the importance of agricultural subsidies.In promoting agricultural development and improving agricultural productivity,the level of agricultural mechanization has greatly improved.As a large agricultural country,agriculture is the basis of economic prosperity,social stability and national independence,and is a strategic industry to stabilize the people's hearts and secure the world.Implementing the subsidy policy of agricultural machinery purchase to promote the development of agricultural mechanization is an important measure to solve agricultural problems.The policy of agricultural machinery subsidy has great practical significance.It is an objective requirement to accelerate the pace of optimizing agricultural structure,promote the level of competitiveness of agricultural products,and expand the channels for farmers to increase their income.Through the promotion and implementation of the agricultural machinery subsidy policy,China has effectively promoted the enthusiasm of farmers to purchase and use machinery for production,which is crucial to the realization of agricultural mechanization and modernization,and thus to ensure the sustained increase of grain production and farmers' income.China should actively seek an effective way to subsidize agricultural machinery,which can not only safeguard the interests of the country,but also increase farmers' income.Therefore,the in-depth discussion of the subsidy policy for agricultural machinery purchase has theoretical and practical significance in the supply and demand of agricultural machinery,service market,environmental protection,resource utilization and so on.In this paper,China's agricultural machinery financial subsidies as the core of the study,through access to literature,data analysis,questionnaires and other means of indepth discussion.On the premise of fully understanding the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of agricultural subsidies,this paper summarizes the development stages of agricultural machinery subsidies in China,and in view of the current development status of agricultural machinery subsidies in China,starting with the demand and mechanization level of agricultural machinery products in the whole country and in various regions,the current mode of agricultural machinery subsidies and the policy implementation process,carries on the problem discussion,after in-depth thinking and discussion.The main problems of agricultural machinery policy in China are found as follows: there are regional differences in the development of agricultural mechanization,insufficient professional talents for agricultural machinery development,single types of agricultural machinery subsidies,which can not meet the needs of farmers in many aspects,imperfect agricultural machinery subsidies,inadequate after-sales service of agricultural machinery,difficulties in supervision and management of safety and subsidies of agricultural machinery manufacturers,agricultural machinery subsidies and machinery.Mechanization causes waste of resources and environmental pollution.At the same time,the advanced foreign agricultural machinery subsidy policies and basic conditions were understood and grasped,and the enlightenment for the development of China's agricultural machinery subsidy was obtained.On this basis,the optimization of China's agricultural machinery policy was considered.Suggestions were made for the further development and improvement of agricultural machinery subsidy policies,including promoting the regional balance of agricultural machinery subsidy,expanding the supply of subsidies,and improving the subsidy policy.And after-sales management,strengthen the supervision of agricultural machinery subsidies,ensure the effect of subsidies,accelerate the innovative design of agricultural machinery,pay attention to environmental protection,and so on.
