In modern enterprise management,we attach great importance to the management and incentive of employees.Employees are the human resources and intangible assets of an enterprise.Only satisfied employees can have a satisfied enterprise.Compared with other enterprises,employees in science and technology enterprises are more critical and determine the direction of enterprise development.In this case,whether the enterprise’s incentive policy can effectively motivate employees and maintain the stability of the staff team is an important content to maintain the rapid development of enterprise operation.Therefore,it is an urgent problem for enterprises to make up for the lack of management,establish a stable and long-term incentive mechanism and stimulate the work enthusiasm of enterprise employees.Under the guidance of relevant incentive theory,this paper selects ZT Technology Co.,Ltd.as an actual case to study its R & D personnel incentive mechanism.Firstly,through the relevant research literature,this paper defines the relevant concepts of incentive mechanism,and lays the theoretical foundation of the article.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation of the incentive mechanism for R & D personnel of ZT Technology Co.,Ltd.,expounds the basic situation and R & D personnel of ZT company,introduces the current situation of the incentive mechanism for R & D personnel from four aspects: salary and welfare,performance appraisal,career development and education and training,and makes an in-depth investigation on the incentive mechanism for R & D personnel of ZT company by means of questionnaire.Thirdly,based on the questionnaire survey results and the actual situation of the enterprise,this paper summarizes the specific problems existing in the current incentive mechanism for R& D personnel of ZT company,including the lack of competitiveness of the salary system,the lack of scientificity of performance appraisal,the lack of rationality of the promotion system and the lack of integrity of the training system.It is found that the above problems are mainly caused by the lack of implementation of salary management level,imperfect performance appraisal system,managers’ lack of incentive consciousness and insufficient incentive attention.Finally,aiming at the problems existing in the incentive mechanism of R & D personnel in ZT company,on the basis of following the relevant principles,specific optimization strategies are formulated from four aspects: salary and welfare,performance appraisal,career development and education and training.At the same time,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization strategy,this paper puts forward the safeguard measures from four aspects: improving the attention of the management,strengthening the construction of corporate culture,unblocking internal communication channels and creating a good working environment.
