| With the transition of China’s economy from high-speed growth to high-quality development,high-quality development has become the theme of China’s economic and social development.County is the link between urban and rural areas,and highquality development of county is an important way to realize rural revitalization and promote urban-rural coordination.However,the starting point of high-quality development in some counties is low,and the development of counties varies significantly.Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate and analyze the high quality development level and spatial and temporal pattern of county,and put forward feasible suggestions.In this background,this paper based on the human-land relationship theory,sustainable development theory,theory of the core-edge and the point-axis theory,combining with the characteristics of unique location and county development in yunnan province,on the basis of new development concept,from the economic,social and ecological three dimensions constructed contains 28 indicators of county development high quality evaluation system.By using SPSS25 global principal component analysis method,ArcGIS10.2 and GeoDa1.14 spatial analysis model,this paper measures and analyzes the quality development level and spatio-temporal pattern of Yunnan province during 2010-2019,and explains the overall level characteristics and spatio-temporal pattern evolution process of county quality development in Yunnan Province.This paper deeply analyzes the influencing factors of high quality development of Yunnan county and analyzes the problems in the process of high quality development of Yunnan county,and finally puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Results show that:(1)On the whole,the county of Yunnan province in 2010-2019 high quality fast development,the development level of county high quality development difference and further expand obviously,but the overall slow development,formed in Kunming and Yuxi city center around the core,the county for the pole,the county in the northeast and southeast Yunnan,western Yunnan on the edge of the development pattern;From the perspective of sub-dimension,the overall quality of county economic development in Yunnan province is low and the polarization is significant and shows an expanding trend,but the growth rate of county economy is slowing down.The quality of social development in counties is growing fastest,and the targeted poverty alleviation effect is remarkable,but the development gap in counties is still large.County ecological development quality level is the highest,the ecological background is better and the development is more balanced,but the growth is relatively slow.(2)From 2010 to 2019,the overall spatial pattern of high-quality development at county level in Yunnan gradually formed a spatial pattern of "one core,one cluster,five axes and multiple poles",with Kunming metropolitan area as the core,central Yunnan urban agglomeration as the center,and five major corridors as the development axis.In terms of spatial correlation characteristics,the central Yunnan region is located in the hot spot area,and the high value agglomeration trend is obvious.Some counties in northeast Yunnan,southeast Yunnan and west Yunnan are always located in the cold spot area.In the sub-dimensional spatial pattern:(1)The polarization effect of county economic development quality in Yunnan province is significant,forming a spatial pattern with Kun-Yu as the core,central Yunnan integration,polycentric rise and cluster development,and most counties in northeast Yunnan,southeast Yunnan and west Yunnan located in the edge region.(2)the quality formation in Kunming and Yuxi county social development in yunnan province as the core,central Yunnan region as the center,counties such as Qinlin area、Chuxiong city and Dali city are as the new growth poles "multipolar" dual-core a center of the space pattern,Zhaotong,Wenshan,Puer and Nujiang state for low value,low quality of social development.(3)The quality of ecological development at county level in Yunnan was relatively balanced,and the spatial pattern of "high in the west and low in the east" was formed with Chuxiong and Xishuangbanna as the center.The high value areas are concentrated in the vast mountain valleys and forest areas in western Yunnan,northwest Yunnan and southwest Yunnan,while the low value areas are located in the eastern Yunnan,especially the ecologically fragile and mineral resource-rich areas in northeast and southeast Yunnan.(3)The spatial and temporal pattern of high-quality development at county level in Yunnan province is the result of the interaction of natural,social,economic and political factors.Among them,location conditions,landform and transportation conditions,resource endowment and industrial structure are the basis of county high-quality development,urbanization plays a key role,basic public service plays a guarantee role,and regional policies and other exogenous forces play a guiding role in the space-time pattern of county high-quality development.Through the study of high-quality county development in Yunnan Province,the paper clarifies the evolution mechanism of the space-time pattern of high-quality county development in Yunnan province which contributes to the practice and method of high-quality county development research,and provides some intellectual support and practical reference for high-quality county development. |
