| The central great town is the radiation core and growth pole of the regional buildings-covered system and goods/money making development.Shandong province is a typical dual-core structure area along the of the east coast of my country.Jinan City and Qingdao City play an all-round part in driving and giving help to high-quality development of the region.as an outcome of that,this thesis measures the evolution characteristics of the coordinated development of dual-core cities in Shandong province from the perspective of economic-green go-together and sorts out its impact on regional high-quality development.It is producing to coordinating regional development,giving better play to the part of core cities in giving help to high-quality regional development,and making ready experience and reference for other regions.On the base of discussing the relation between the part and the complete work,this thesis combs the dual-core structure theory,growth pole theory and go-together theory.starting from the basic statements of dual-core structure,this thesis puts up a dual-core buildings-covered complex system to give account of qualities of the impact on the region under the economic-green go-together state.In terms of operation of making observations ways of doing,firstly,the go-together model is applied to paper the economic-green going-together evolution from 2011 to 2017 and measure the order degree of central great town system-parts,the order degree town with harbor great town system-parts and the go-together degree of composite systems.secondly,using the entropy careful way,Moran index and Arc GIS spatial analysis careful way,coming here-after the new development idea,make a five-dimensional high-quality development put value index,and scientifically value the high-quality development level and changes in Shandong province from the perspective of time and space.at last,the got more out of matching degree model is used to measure the matching degree of space-time economic-green co-evolution to regional high-quality development.The operation of making observations results let see that: first,from 2011 to 2017,the order degree of system-parts and the degree of coordination of the complex system of the economic-green dual-center great town complex system showed an upward general direction,and finally entered a high degree of go-together.The go-together degree of the composite system is lower than that of the system-parts in the same period,and the order degree of the central great town Jinan is generally lower than that of the way in great town Qingdao which is not producing to the getting more out of the go-together degree of the composite system.Second,the level of high-quality development in Shandong is generally on the rise,and the spatial development is unbalanced.In terms of time,the five dimensions of high-quality development have fixedly,unchangingly got more out of,the momentum of open development and tending to the new development has been good,and the operation of green development has been poor.The high-quality development of prefecture-level cities has fixedly,unchangingly got more out of,and the regional differences in the level of high-quality development are clear,and the differences between regions have a general direction of increasing over time.From a spatial point of view,there is no clear spatial being dependent of the prefecture-level cities in Shandong province as a complete work,the spatial spillover effect of high-quality development is weak,and there are no clear burning and cold areas.The spatial evolution of high-quality development is represented by the expansion of high-value areas,the east is higher than the west,and the coast is higher than the inland.third,the coordinated development of Jinan and Qingdao can private road the high-quality development of the region,but the effect is not clear.In terms of time,the coordinated development of Jinan and Qingdao from 2011 to 2017 has a positive match to the high-quality development of Shandong over-all region,but the value is low.The coordinated development of Jinan and Qingdao has a positive matching degree with the five dimensions of regional high-quality development,and the value shows an upward general direction.At the same time,the order degree of Jinan and Qingdao has a positive degree of matching with regional high-quality development,but it is different from the five dimensions of regional high-quality development.however,the matching of open development and tending to the new development is relatively small.From a spatial point of view,the impact of the coordinated development of Jinan and Qingdao on the high-quality development level of prefecture-level cities has made clear an upward general direction.areas with a low level of development have a high degree of matching.The matching degree also has the characteristics that the over-all matching degree is high,and the area is more complex,the west is higher than the east,and the inland is higher than the coast. |
