| The development of economy hotels in China has gradually matured,and many chain economy hotels have a certain scale,which makes the hotel industry becomes more competitive in the China market.Facing the rapid development of Internet technology,the hotel industry should also comply with the pace of The Times,make full use of all aspects of resources,do a good job of hotel network marketing,reduce the hotel operating costs,to improve the efficiency of the hotel operation.If the economy hotel wants to get a slice in the Chines market,they have to take network marketing seriously.To improve and optimize the management of network marketing,constantly absorb advanced marketing methods,to enhance the core competitiveness of the hotel.For the economic hotel,do a good job in optimizing the allocation of resources,managing the network marketing,and dealing with the relationship between the hotel and channel,which can make economic hotel development better.Under the proposal of research,this paper has combined the management of hotel network and Marketing Channel theory,to further analyze the improvement of hotel network marketing channels method.By analyzing the operation status of H economy hotel including the market positioning of H economy hotel,the customer relationship management of H economy hotel,the marketing channel analysis of H economy hotel and combined with the survey data of the current situation of the network marketing of H economic hotels,the existing problems in the network marketing are sorted out as following lagging network marketing concept and single network marketing model,Too much reliance on distributors and insufficient marketing efforts,The lack of marketing channel performance evaluation methods.The disconnect between online and offline business,the concept of network marketing lags,insufficient attention marketing efforts in innovation and insufficient attention to brand publicity,network marketing is not enough to highlight product characteristics etc.Based on this,this paper puts forward the network marketing strategy optimization scheme of H economics hotel,which includes network strategy,brand strategy,product strategy,price strategy,promotion strategy,channel strategy and customer service strategy and put forward to strengthen H economics hotel online marketing strategy,which includes establishing diversified distribution channels,improve the utilization of the Internet,optimizing hotel propaganda network brand strategy,pay attention to product characteristics,provide a reference for the development of hotel network marketing model. |
