The Impact Of Government Support On Enterprise Innovation Performance From The Perspective Of Resource Actio

As an important driving force of Chinese enterprises’ technological innovation,government support plays a key role in the process of realizing technological catch-up and improving innovation performance.Taking BOE as a case,this paper discusses how the technological innovation enterprises can improve their innovation performance through resource allocation and action mode under the support of government,and then reveals the path and formation mechanism of the influence of government support on enterprise innovation performance.Specifically,this paper uses the single-case longitudinal study method to divide enterprises into three stages based on the life cycle theory,explores the government support and corresponding resource actions of enterprises at each stage,and constructs the theoretical model of "government support--resource action--innovation performance".This paper reveals how,with the support of the government,science and technology innovative enterprises take appropriate resource actions to promote the formation and improvement of innovation ability,and then influence the internal mechanism of enterprise innovation performance.Finally,this paper finds that: Enterprise in different life cycle stages will take different resources,external supporting environment for matching with the government action,to realize the resource strategies from the task oriented resources together to the ability to break through oriented resource arrangement,and then to multiple industries synergy oriented resources kanadeai evolution,finally realizes the innovation performance of all-round improvement.This paper enriches the research on government support and innovation performance under firm growth,and provides reference for China’s science and technology innovative enterprises how to take effective resource actions to improve their innovation performance.
