| "As socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,the principal contradiction facing Chinese society has evolved into one between unbalanced and inadequate development and the people’s ever-growing needs for a better life," Xi said in his report to the 19 th CPC National Congress.This important judgment reflects the great progress of China’s social development,reflects the stage characteristics of development,puts forward new requirements for the work of the party and the state,but also brings new opportunities and challenges to the tourism industry.Under the background of the new era,.people are eager to keep physical and mental health through a variety of ways,many people put their eyes on the health industry.Health tourism,as the health and tourism industry well-integration of the new business,just meet the market demand of consumers,so the market potential is huge,the state has been rolling out relevant policies to promote the development of health tourism.Some regions take advantages of location and resource to vigorously develop health tourism,the effect is remarkable,not only led to the development of local economy,but also accelerated the development of China’s health tourism process.So many areas have started to explore the road to develop health tourism.Jizhou district is a national demonstration area of comprehension tourism with superior health environment and rich and high-quality health tourism resources,which has a good development prospect.The development of health tourism is of great significance to Jizhou District.This thesis selects Xijingyu and Guojiagou,which are typical and representative in Ji Zhou District and studied as case sites.For this,We not only have a certain understanding of the overall situation of the development of health tourism in Jizhou District,but also can put forward targeted measures for the problems in the development.This thesis mainly carries out research from six aspects.Firstly this thesis through the literature reading of health tourism relevant concepts of the finishing,and the classification of the related research at home and abroad,so that we can better understand the connotation of health tourism.Secondly by looking for information,SWOT analysis is made on the development environment of health tourism in Jizhou district,and then in order to get more intuitive feelings about the present situation of the development of health tourism,through to the scenic area tourist questionnaires way,for the tourists’ preferences and characteristics,the visitors of Jizhou district obviously by health tourism such as esteemed Angle has carried on the on-the-spot investigation,and through to the scenic area managers and related departments in the form of interview,get the detailed information,through to ask volume data of population characteristics travel motivation and behavior and tourist perception and experience analysis,found that tourists after health tourism activities of the overall feeling,and by using the method of principal component analysis to find the main factors that affects the health tourism development,and connecting with the interview results,the better measures are put forward.Through data analysis,it is found that although Jizhou district has superior natural conditions and abundant tourism resources,there are still many problems in the development of health tourism: The brand effect of health tourism is weak,and the development planning and management lag behind;Leading enterprises lack of leadership;The health and recreation activities are relatively single and the development of health tourism lacks vitality;Lack of professional talents and intellectual support.According to the existing problems,the following solutions are proposed:Strengthen publicity efforts and build the brand image of "Kang Yang Jizhou";The government should make top level design;Attracting financing participation;Multiple measures to expand the health tourism industry system;Cluster developments will be adopted to accelerate the construction of health tourism base;We will strengthen professional training and develop professional think tanks. |
