Research On Grain Crop Seed Management Service System In Jizhou District Of Tianjin

As the most basic production data of agricultural production,crop seeds are the basic factors that determine the yield and quality of agricultural products,and also an important factor affecting the efficiency of grain production.The sellers and buyers of seeds are contradictory bodies of opposites and need to be in the market mechanism and country.Coordinated development under regulatory management.With the implementation of the new "Seed Law",the structural reform of the agricultural supply side and the opening up of the seed industry have been expanding,and new requirements have been placed on the production,operation and service of the seed industry.This paper firstly reviews the relevant research contents of the domestic and international food crop seed management service system through the literature review,defines the related concepts,and discusses the theoretical basis involved.Secondly,combined with the literature and interview methods,a brief description of the basic status of agricultural development in Yinzhou District.Third,through the questionnaire survey and interviews with the seed enterprises in Yinzhou District,the business services are analyzed.Fourth,through questionnaire survey and interviews with farmers in Yinzhou District,the basic conditions of planting,planting benefits,influencing factors of seed selection,and demand for seed management service system were analyzed.Fifth,based on the above thistle state grain crop seed supply side and demand side,further,from farmers to new varieties,seed management services and seed industry "Internet +" inductive analysis of supply and demand contradiction,the planting varieties of service system is efficiency low,the lack of enterprise service,the new promotion is slow and government service system is not sound and so on,Countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward,mainly as follows: seed enterprises in jizhou district should establish a seed industry chain system based on seed sales,with overall planning of agricultural machinery,plant protection,irrigation,insurance,training and sales of agricultural products on the basis of "Internet +" platform related to seed industry;Taking advantage of the favorable conditions of the geographical environment of Yinzhou District,especially the advantages of environmental protection and tourism resources,grasping the market demand of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,planting high-quality varieties of high-quality foodcrops,enhancing their value through industrial chain extension,and truly achieving agricultural growth.Effective,farmers increase income.
