With the improvement of national fitness awareness,the development trend of my country’s sports goods market is getting better and better,and the sports industry is becoming one of the most promising and promising emerging sunrise industries today.With the increasing number of sporting goods enterprises,the competition between enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.How to formulate a reasonable competition strategy to make the enterprise’s sporting goods stand out and occupy a larger market has become an important issue for major enterprises.DX Sporting Goods is an established company,but its lack of a reasonable competitive strategy in recent years has led to a relatively slow growth of the company.To solve the bottleneck faced by the company,it is necessary to formulate a more scientific and reasonable competitive strategy.This paper analyzes the competitive strategy of DX sporting goods company by combining cost leadership strategy,differentiation strategy and centralized strategy with various strategic analysis methods.This paper takes DX Sporting Goods Company as a case,firstly uses the thesis research method to sort out the relevant information about the competitive strategy of the sporting goods company,and lays the foundation for the following article;secondly,it expounds the company’s development status;again,it uses PEST to analyze its external environment,using Porter’s Five Forces Model to analyze its competitive environment,and analyze its industry environment;then analyze the company’s resources and capabilities,use SWOT analysis to analyze its advantages and disadvantages,and determine that DX Sports Goods company uses WO to compete Strategy;finally determine the company’s implementation strategy based on the company’s corporate vision and the company’s competitive strategic goals.The company adopts product,brand and strategic differentiation to implement the strategy,and provides guarantees from the aspects of organizational structure,human resources,corporate culture,technical production and capital.We hope to promote the steady development of DX Sporting Goods in the sporting goods industry,stride forward,and achieve the strategic goal of enterprise development.
