However, the implementation of ERP products and solutions to meet the team, in the construction of ERP problems and solutions can be described as each has its own merits.The rapid development in information technology today, ERP construction is the enterprise be imperative, but how to carry out ERP strategy planning? Through the research on the business of sports goods industry were summarized the eight characteristics of the industry, several of the sports goods industry has ERP construction enterprise investigation after the discovery, the risk of ERP implementation is that most enterprises do not attach importance to, think ERP information construction is very simple, just a computer program, the target set too high or too low, will enable enterprises to lose the direction, the lack of deep understanding of the concept of management. The implementation of business enterprise based management is weak and choosing the wrong product and inappropriate will also increase the risk. In the process of implementation of the enterprise internal departments, management concept, process and the restructuring of the new contradictions and problems generally encountered.Based on the QD sporting goods company business needs to understand, ERP are used to analyze the construction of SWOT analysis model of QD sports company, found out the construction of ERP is more advantages than disadvantages, and more opportunities than threats.
