Construction And Optimization Of Innovation Of Driving System For Effective Supply Of Fresh Agricultural Products

With the rapid development of economy,there is a strange phenomenon of shortage and surplus in China’s fresh agricultural products market,and the mismatch between supply and demand is serious.It is imperative to expand the effective supply of fresh agricultural products,and the research on the driving mechanism of the effective supply of fresh agricultural products has also become a research focus.The traditional bulk fresh agricultural products can only barely maintain the demand.In order to meet,lead and expand the consumption demand,the only way is supply innovation.How can innovation drive the effective supply of fresh agricultural products? Studying how to effectively organize all kinds of participants and innovative resource elements to play an important part is significant to solve the problem of supply-demand mismatch of fresh agricultural products,improve the profits of suppliers,promote the reform of agricultural supply side,and help the high-quality development of economy.The innovation driven problem of effective supply of fresh agricultural products is a systematic project with many participants and complex relationship between elements.This thesis constructs an effective supply system of fresh agricultural products with broad radiation,innovation driven and strong competition based on the theories of agricultural innovation system and system dynamics.Firstly,on the basis of domestic and foreign research status,this thesis defines the conceptual connotation of fresh agricultural products,the supply characteristics of fresh agricultural products and the effective supply of fresh agricultural products,and combs the theoretical basis of supply and demand theory,innovation theory,system theory and system dynamics.Secondly,this thesis analyzes the relationship and function between the main constituent elements,defines the connotation of the innovation driving system for the effective supply of fresh agricultural products,and constructs a theoretical framework model.Combined with the functions of different elements,it is proposed to construct the supply and demand subsystem with the supply of fresh agricultural products,the purchase of fresh agricultural products,the demand of fresh agricultural products and the supply and demand balance index as the core elements,and construct the innovation subsystem with the R & D test,transformation and application of innovative resource elements as the core elements.Finally,taking Jiangsu Province as an example,according to the existing data characteristics of each variable,call the internal random function,test function,logic function and differential equation of the system,this thesis draws the regression model to determine the parameter level,so as to build the innovation driven model of effective supply of fresh agricultural products,sets different regulation scenarios for simulation and optimization,and analyzes the operation effect of the system in the next five years.The results show that:(1)expanding infrastructure investment can not stimulate consumption,the degree of consumer demand satisfaction and purchasing power remain basically unchanged,and the system basically maintains the situation of ineffective supply surplus and effective supply shortage.(2)Brand management has improved consumers’ purchasing power and satisfaction of demand to a certain extent,further reduced the loss of supply,and upgraded the quality of system supply,but there is still too much ineffective supply.(3)Improving the whole process investment of innovation elements can stimulate consumers’ demand and purchasing power to the greatest extent,promote the complete satisfaction of effective demand,and then achieve the best state of supply creation and leading demand.(4)To realize the effective supply of fresh agricultural products,it is necessary to integrate the above three coordinated forces,but there should be some emphasis.The whole process investment of innovative resource elements can greatly stimulate purchasing power,achieve the purpose of matching supply and demand of consumer satisfaction and supplier profit,stimulate more new consumption space and lead more demand.
