| At present,China’s agricultural machinery equipment manufacturing industry presents the phenomenon of intense homogenization competition of low-end and middle-end products and insufficient supply of high-end products.Affected by poor product quality and reliability,the profit space of agricultural machinery equipment manufacturing enterprises tends to be narrow.Service derivation,which can rely on the original products and make up for the lack of product quality through excellent service provision,has become an effective means for the transformation and upgrading of agricultural machinery equipment manufacturing enterprises.In order to make the direction of service derivation of agricultural machinery equipment manufacturing enterprises more clear,this study builds a theoretical analysis framework for determining the service derivation status of agricultural machinery equipment manufacturing enterprises based on the system methodology of Wuli-Shili-Renli(WSR).And based on this,we can judge the service derivative status of the agricultural machinery equipment manufacturing enterprises in three aspects,Wuli,Shili,and Renli.It is expected to provide some guidance and reference for agricultural machinery equipment manufacturing enterprises to explore the development direction of service derivation based on their own level.On the basis of combing the relevant research literature on service derivation,firstly,this study reveals the influencing factors of service derivation decision-making of agricultural machinery equipment manufacturing enterprises that affected by multiple subjects with the help of evolutionary game theory,it’s results can provide a basis for the construction of subsequent index system.Secondly,by using the system methodology of WSR,this study constructs a theoretical analysis framework of service derived status determination of agricultural machinery equipment manufacturing enterprises.Finally,based on the case analysis,we can judge the service derivation status of the selected agricultural machinery equipment manufacturing enterprises,and put forward for the advancement of Wuli,Shili and Renli status.The results show that:(1)The derivative service of agricultural machinery equipment manufacturing enterprises can satisfy the needs of agricultural production,and its demonstration can pull the needs of users,which can promote the government subsidy to enterprises to change from solving "inorganic availability" to "good opportunity availability".The promotion of servicization experience in agricultural machinery equipment manufacturing industry,the increase of government policy support and the increase of users’ purchase intention drive the transformation of agricultural machinery equipment manufacturing enterprises from product-dominant logic to servicedominant logic.The enhanced economic practicability of derivative services of agricultural machinery equipment manufacturing enterprises and the increase of government subsidies are conducive to the transformation of users’ purchase concept from labor saving to production efficiency and benefit improvement.(2)The theoretical analysis framework should be constructed from three levels of Wuli,Shili and Renli to determine the state of service derivation of agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprises.Affected by the complexity of service derivation,the evaluation process needs to comprehensively apply a variety of theories and methods.The Wuli layer is represented by agricultural machinery equipment that plays a basic supporting role,the Shili layer is represented by the effective integration of agricultural machinery and agronomy,and the Renli layer is represented by the utility derived from service derivative.(3)The theoretical analysis framework for determining the service derivation status of agricultural machinery equipment manufacturing enterprises based on WSR methodology has strong applicability,and can provide a useful reference for Chinese agricultural machinery equipment manufacturing enterprises to clarify their own service derivation level and determine the direction of service derivation.This study will help Chinese agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprises to clarify their service derivative development level and provide ideas for their value creation. |
